| dc.description | Introducció: Eutanàsia procedent de la paraula Eu-Thanatos. Segons la Real Acadèmia Espanyola, és definida com: <<Acció u omissió que, per evitar patiment als pacients, accelerar la seva mort amb consentiment o sense ell>>. Aquesta pot ser dividida en tres tipus; activa o voluntària, passiva o involuntària, eugenèsica. La dignitat és un dret de l’existència pròpia, juntament amb el dret a la llibertat segons la Constitució Espanyola, fent així el dret fonamental de com decidir la nostre mort. Objectiu: El present treball analitza una revisió del que hi ha descrit a la bibliografia sobre la mort digne i l’ eutanàsia. També l’anàlisi d’una visió general sobre els problemes etico-legals i la comparació amb els països de la UE. Metodologia: Estudi observacional, descriptiu simple, transversal. La revisió present es durà a terme a l’Escola Superior de Ciències de la Salut del Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme del Gener fins el Maig del 2015./nResultat: Els resultats d’aquest estudi han estat la recerca de 74 articles finals, en els quals observem el procés de l’eutanàsia, com a allò moralment correcte en els països legalitzats a diferenciació d’Espanya. La cultura és un altre dels factors importants en aquest procés que ha de tenir en compte. És a partir del 2009 quant juntament amb la nova llei de Luxemburg, el tema envers l’eutanàsia comença a estudiar-se. Encara falten estudis significatius per poder valorar les funcions dels personal d’infermeria i la opinió del procés en el final de vida i la eutanàsia./nConclusió: Des del punt d’Infermeria a l’Estat Espanyol, a diferència de altres països d’Europa, observem les grans limitacions legals i el conflicte ètic i moral que comporta l’eutanàsia i el voluntat de morir com i quant un mateix decideix amb dignitat. | |
| dc.description | Introduction: Euthanasia comes from the word Eu-Thanatos. According to the Royal Spanish Academy, is defined as: << action or omission that to avoid suffering to patients, accelerated his death with or without consent >>. This can be divided into three types; active or voluntary, involuntary or passive, eugenic. Dignity is a right of existence itself, along with the right to freedom as the Spanish Constitution, thus making the fundamental right to decide how our death./nObjective: The present study is a review of what has been described in the literature worthy of death and euthanasia. Also analyzing an overview of ethical problems and legal and comparison with EU countries./nMethodology: Observational study, descriptive simple cross. This review will be conducted at the School of Health Sciences of Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme from January until May 2015./nResults: The results of this study were 75 research articles finals, which we observe the process of euthanasia as something morally correct differentiation of countries legalized in Spain. Culture is another important factor in this process should take into account. It is from 2009 regarding the new law along with Luxembourg, the issue toward euthanasia begins to be studied. There are still significant studies to assess the roles of nurses and review process at the end of life and euthanasia../nConclusions: From the point of Nursing in Spain, unlike other EU countries, we see major legal constraints and the moral and ethical conflict that leads euthanasia and wanted to die as one decides dignity. | |
