| dc.description | Els plans de cures estandarditzats (PCE) són plans de cures unificats i validats per a totes les persones que presenten determinats processos o situacions comuns. En aquest documents, s’ha portat a terme l’elaboració d’un PCE per al pacient que pateix un trastorn depressiu major (TDM) amb simptomatologia psicòtica i es sotmet a la teràpia electroconvulsiva. L’elaboració del PCE s’ha portat a terme mitjançant una investigació sobre els plans de cures utilitzats en la Unitat d’Aguts de Psiquiatria situada a l’Hospital General de Granollers i conjuntament amb el que ens diu la bibliografia. El marc conceptual utilitzat per al PCE, és el model d’infermeria Roper-Logan-Tierney del model vital. La valoració infermera avalua les dotze Activitats Vitals del pacient. Els problemes de salut i problemes de col·laboració s’esmenen segons terminologia NANDA International i els Resultats i les Intervencions segons criteris NOC i NIC/nrespectivament. S’ha pogut elaborar adequadament el PCE, però encara queda portar a terme/nla implementació i l’avaluació d’aquest per tal de millorar-lo i apropar-lo a la practica/ninfermera en la realitat. | |
| dc.description | Standardized care plans are validated and unified care plans for all the people who have/ncertain common processes or situations. This document has been carried out for the/ndevelopment of a PCE for patients suffering from a major depressive disorder (MDD) with/npsychotic symptoms and undergoes electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). The development of/nStandarized care plans was carried out by research on care plans used in the Acute Psychiatric/nUnit located in the General Hospital of Granollers and in conjunction with what the literature/nsays. The conceptual framework used for PCE is the model of nursing Roper-Logan-Tierney/nmodel vital. The assessment evaluates the twelve patient’s vital activities. Health problems and/nproblems of cooperation amended by NANDA International terminology and criteria Results/nand Interventions with NIC and NOC respectively. Failed to properly prepare the PCE, but still/ncarry out the implementation and evaluation of this in order to improve it and bring it to the/npractice nurse in reality. | |
