CutKorner

Abstract

The project presented in here is based on creating a service company, named CutKorner. The target are foreign people with some real estate property located in Catalonia, and the main activity will be the maintenance of the property. CutKorner will subcontract other companies or autonomous professionals in order to fulfil the specific tasks needed by each client. The main objective regarding the value proposition is making forget about the maintenance of the property to an owner that lives on another country, offering them tranquillity and avoiding them to come to Catalonia just to take care of their home.
