Abstract
This project is the product of the interest regarding very interesting concepts that are not normally taught or heard but that, on the contrary, are very powerful and are changing the way organisations behave: engagement and talent management. Thanks to a previous research in order to get information about these concepts and its importance nowadays, it is obvious that, due to globalisation and the very competitive environment, companies need to start to adapt to what is coming. As a person belonging to new generations, that affects me directly, and the motivation about learning and being aware about the problems companies are struggling with regarding my generation is imminent. In addition, as a potential future manager and/or owner of a company is very important to know how to run a company in a sustainable, competitive and efficient way
